What’s also well documented is our wish for a Michael White pasta tasting menu – some way to efficiently and (somewhat) affordably experience a variety of what the chef is known best for. But no Michael White restaurant has done such a tasting, ever. Not as a special, not for Gilt City, not for Groupon, not for American Express Invisible Card holders, not for anyone. Until now.
