Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse (Grand Central Terminal) – “Considering it’s located on the main terminal floor at Grand Central Station, you are hard pressed to find a better place to watch people of all types make their way through one of Manhattan’s most important buildings. Also excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere make this a long-time favorite of mine.”
Raucous Party Atmosphere
Santos Party House (96 Lafayette St.) – “My friends and I opened this 2 level 8,000 square foot nightclub and concert hall with one thing in mind: THE GREATEST PARTYING EVER. If I do say so myself, we have the best all wood spring loaded dance floor (really), the best sound system with wall to wall speakers, and the best vibe for dancing, drinking, and celebrating being alive! PARTY HARD!”
Dining Solo
Sushi & Deli Box (68 W. 39th St.) – “I love the feeling of going somewhere to eat by myself – it’s magical, and I’m not sure why. It’s a unique experience every time. This sushi place is a hidden treasure. Sitting at the sushi bar is perfect here. Low-key, fast, and very good. And I like that it feels like a deli more than a restaurant.”
Late Night Eats
Wollensky’s Grill (201 E. 49th St.) – “This place isn’t 24 hours (They serve food till 2am), but I think it’s the most fun late night place to go for VERY good food and absolutely incomparable vibes. I’ve gone there as late as 3am and had a BLAST. The bartenders are legendary, as are the patrons who love to sit at the bar and talk to them. The two-level layout feels good and of course, the meals are amazing – I recommend getting bleu cheese on your steak!”

Big Nick’s (2175 Broadway) – “This is one of my favorite places in the whole world. Order their ‘Sumo Burger’ with double cheese and extra bacon. I guarantee will this not leave hungry, and the price is more than right!”
