Ciano
45 E. 22nd Street, Flatiron, NYPark Ave in the 20′s – home to many an upscale eatery, tailor made for the older set and prime real estate for Dinner With The Parents or Special Occasion dining. Ciano, Chef Shea Gallante’s new farm-to-table Italian restaurant, is dancing to a similar beat as the likes of Osteria Morini, Maialino and A Voce. [...]

ABC Kitchen
35 East 18th Street, Flatiron, NYJean-Georges kills it. We know this. The dude is one of the most inventive and creative chefs that’s ever lived. The locavore/farm to table movement that has recently taken hold of the New York dining scene is nothing new to J.G. – he’s been quietly playing that game for decades. That’s why it’s no surprise [...]

Hill Country

L’Express
249 Park Ave. S, Gramercy, NYL’Express is an Infatuation MVP – a staple in the repertoire that is good for just about everything from casual dinner with friends, to business lunch, to drinks and crossing your fingers on a first date. But Les Halles is a straightforward French bistro, and it’s all about the steaks and the fries.

459 2nd Ave., Gramercy, NYAs we’ve said before, finding quality Mexican food in New York City is like finding something on MTV that doesn’t make the planet dumber. Mexico Lindo is the needle in the haystack, and we’ve been satisfying our Mexican cravings there for years.

159 Lexington Ave., Murray Hill, NYA comfortable little establishment on a quiet stretch of Lexington Ave, devoid of the typical Murray LCD TVs with a country house feel. Great for brunch and sandwiches.

Boqueria
53 W 19th St., Flatiron, NYHit or miss Spanish food that seems to be very popular with large groups of girls. Not that we’re mad at that…

Resto
111 E 29th St., Murray Hill, NYResto is a Belgian “gastro pub”, and the menu is (apparently) very Belgian. The food is very heavy as are most of the beers, and it’s definitely a place more suited to getting drunk and gorging yourself during a blizzard than it is to a date.

Eataly: La Pizza & Pasta
200 5th Ave., Flatiron, NYWe’re finally getting around to an Infatuation assessment of Eataly, and we’re going to approach this by posting about each individual restaurant, rather than rating Eataly on the whole. Why? Because if we rated it as a single entity, we would be telling you to stay away from this place at all f*cking costs. But [...]
